CUSTOM JEWELRY PROCESS
Initial Consultation
-
Meet in person or over the phone
-
Discuss design, budget, timeline, and materials
-
No pressure—just a conversation to get a feel for your vision
Forms & Deposit
-
I send over a contract + deposit invoice
-
Contract covers return / exchange policy
-
Deposit is 30% of budget and is applied to your final invoice
-
Once your contract is signed and deposit is paid, I begin design work

Design Phase
-
First design concept is based on our consultation
-
If you love the first design, we can move straight to production
-
Want changes? We can revise: tweak the setting, add accent stones, swap out details, etc.
-
Review Design 2 → make more adjustments if needed
-
Review Design 3 → final round of revisions
-
Extended design phases may require a budget increase to reflect added work or changes

CAD Rendering
-
DISCLAIMER: Rendered images are rough previews—not photo-realistic
-
Details like prongs, edges, and milgrain often appear exaggerated
-
The final piece is refined during setting and polishing
-
Expect softer edges and a more balanced, delicate look in the finished ring
