Pickups & Final Steps

Final Payment & Pickup:
I’ll have the appraisal done and then give you a call for pickup. You have two weeks to pay in full after I let you know the ring is ready.

6. Policies & Care

Stone & Ring Maintenance:
If an accent stone ever comes loose, I can reset it if you still have the stone, or replace it if it’s lost. If you notice recurring issues, we’ll have you send the ring back to determine if there’s a structural issue or major external damage. I always recommend getting your ring insured for peace of mind!

CAD Rendering Disclaimer:
CAD renderings often exaggerate details like prongs, edges, and milgrain, making the design appear bulkier than it will in reality. Keep in mind that the final piece will be refined during setting, finishing, and polishing, resulting in softer edges and a more delicate, balanced look.
